BEVERAGES

We are set up as a fully functioning self-service bar. All you have to do is buy the alcohol and we can put whatever you wish onto your beverage list. However we have the option of an additional bar with bar staff for your event also. We have a supplier which we are able to get you great prices and a wide range of beverages to choose from. We have 4 beer taps on board which can have beer, cider, wine, soft drink or cocktails hooked up. We will supply water, ice and plastic cups for your event. If you wish to make the event a bit more personal we also have a few options which we can arrange to help make your event stand out.

We are able to assist you to work out how much alcohol you require for your event as every event is different.

TRAVELLING

 

Our Vintage Vehicle has to be towed, as it is not registered. The cost will be determined by the location of your event. We have no problem with travelling just let us know your details and we will work something out.

POWER

​

The General is self-sufficent. Therfore, there is no need for power or those loud generators.

​

VEHICLE ACCESS

​

As we have to use a trailer for our vintage vehicle we need to have reasonably good access to where we are going. We require a flat area for the vehicle to be placed and reversed off a trailer.

DEPOSIT

 

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to lock in your date. This deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled. Full payment is to be received one month before the event.
